Remake jacket made from black chirimen fabric

Hello, this is the kimono remake and kimono reform service in Yokohama Aobadai.『gallery/rurimon』

I remade a lined jacket from chirimen kimono fabric.
Although it's black, the textured pattern makes it a very expressive piece.
The design is an original by Rurimon. It features a round collar in front, a stand-up collar in back, and generous armholes that create a clean sleeve attachment without any bagginess.
I wonder how many pieces I've made in this design now. I can also create unlined single-layer versions for summer wear. In that case, I pre-wash the kimono fabric once to make it washable.
When made with ro kimono fabric, it becomes the perfect garment for midsummer.
Everyone has been very pleased with these pieces.
